I had an incredible experience during my stay. The food at the Seasons restaurant was memorable. They even surprised us for our anniversary with a dessert and a card in our room, which felt personal and thoughtful. The beautiful lagoon view and the breakfast breeze made mornings special. And being from New York, I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, even if just for a short trip.

Not everything went smoothly. There were some service issues that made dining feel like an inconvenience. It would have been better if staff engaged more proactively with guests.
